The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, surrounded by beautiful gardens, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are well-maintained with all the necessary amenities, including comfortable beds and daily housekeeping. The breakfast included in the price is a great value, offering a variety of options including delicious natural juices and unlimited orange juice.
No improvement needed, everything was perfect.

We all enjoyed our stay - the staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to organise our trip to Angkor Wat and our onward transport for us. They provided a reliable free tuk tuk service into town and back. Lovely quiet location.

The location, about 5 minutes drive from the center, allows guests to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while still having easy access to the bustling city. The basic amenities provided are satisfactory, with clean and comfortable rooms, some even equipped with two double beds or three beds, perfect for families or larger groups. The attention to detail is evident, with rooms having a shower but no shower stall, which may seem unconventional but is quickly overlooked due to the hot weather. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delightful, with unlimited orange juice and a variety of options including natural juices.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, with no complaints.

I liked the location because it's quite and away from center, building architecture and garden and the nice and humble hotel staffs. They are very well trained.
This hotel would be perfect if the management pay attention on some facilities for example little better towels in the room, soap in the bathroom and better furniture in the room etc. This will make this hotel very good to compete with other good hotels of it's category.

Staff were amazing & really friendly, by far the best of any hotel I've stayed at in Asia. The tuk tuk drivers were great. Really relaxing & quiet spot out of the city. Great to have a pool to chill in after a long day at Angkor Wat.
Food was pretty expensive. A little bit of an inconvenience being out of town but the free tuk tuk service was handy.

Our Easter vacation at this hotel was a pleasant one. the rooms were spacious and the staff was kind and attentive. We enjoyed the free tuk-tuk service that took us to the main town area, where we found plenty of dining options and a vibrant atmosphere. the hotel also had a nice pool and a great view from the rooftop restaurant where we had breakfast. We appreciated the laundry service and the affordable prices.
the location of the hotel was a bit far from some attractions, which meant we had to spend more on transportation.

It was slightly outside of town, which I really liked actually, but understand it might not suit all do gave it one point less for location. However the hotel operates a free tuk tuk into the centre, and will pick you up at an agreed time all for free. The hotel was lovely, really spacious rooms, very clean, beautiful pool and outside eating area, free pool table. It also looked beautiful. All the staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for you. I honestly can't fault this hotel.

Spacious rooms and great value for money at this hidden gem. Attentive staff always willing to help, and a lovely pool. Location away from the hustle and bustle, but only a short tuk-tuk ride to the town center. The hotel also provides a free ride into town. The manager was very knowledgeable and provided great recommendations for local tours.
The hotel missed their promised airport pick-up, so it is safer to arrange alternative transport. Laundry service and taxi service were unreliable and required close oversight.

Very good hotel. Really comfortable. It's located about 5 minutes tuk-tuk drive from the cenrtal streets and due to that fact the location is more quite that everything that I have seen in the center of Siem Reap. Free tuk-tuk to the center of the city available in the hotel. Free WiFi worked perfect. The pool is also awesome.
The rooms with pool view a bit noisy due to the road located to so far from the pool. Opposite side rooms are 100% silent.

I like the garden and building. The room was basic, the bathroom wasn't very comfortable . it has the shower without courtains, everything get wet.there is a very quiet place, what I liked ,There were always a Tuc Tuc free to go to the down town and then he picked you up. I
The bathroom.
